If you are claiming your Home Owner Grant*(HOG), this must be done prior to Paying your Property Tax.  This can also be done online.  Follow our How-To Video series to Claim your HOG  (Step 3) and Pay your Property Taxes (Step 4).

If you are eligible for the Home Owner Grant, but decide not to claim it online, you must be sure to remit the completed Home Owner Grant application to City Hall. If you claim online, you do not need to provide the original claim form, but if you are claiming the additional grant due to disability, supporting documentation must be provided.

General information on the Home Owner Grant is available and more information on the provincial Home Owner Grant Program is available on the Province of British Columbia's website.
