Property taxes are due Monday, July 4, 2016. Pay your Property Tax Online Here. If paying your Property Taxes at City Hall, the City accepts cash, cheque, VISA, MASTERCARD.

If you are claiming your Home Owner Grant*(HOG), this must be done prior to Paying your Property Tax. This can also be done online. Follow our How-To Video series to Claim your HOG and Pay your Property Taxes.
*Please note that claiming the Home Owner Grant online and paying your property taxes online is a two-step process. Once you have completed the Home Owner Grant online application and noted your confirmation code, you must then go back and remit payment for the balance owing of property taxes. If you claim the Home Owner Grant online, you do not need to provide the original claim form to City Hall. If you are claiming the additional grant due to disability, supporting documentation must be provided to City Hall staff. Always make note of your confirmation code(s) for your records.
If you are eligible for the Home Owner Grant but decide not to claim it online, you must be sure to remit the completed Home Owner Grant application to City Hall.
