This Service Request form is a way to contact the City of Trail directly. If you live, work or are just visiting Trail, we encourage you to use this form to report any concerns or needed repairs. Once submitted, your request will be routed to the appropriate Municipal Department for review and action if necessary.
WARNING: Please DO NOT USE this request form to report issues of an emergency nature. If this is a safety issue or health issue that requires immediate attention, contact (250) 364-0840 Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., or (250) 364-0801 after 4:00 p.m. and on weekends.
Please do not use this form to report sewer back ups, water service breaks, water main breaks, missing manhole covers, missing stop signs, traffic light issues or fallen trees blocking the road.
